Space Rentals during Open Barn

Meet family and friends to wander the farm, meet the animals and take a wagon ride during our Open Barn then enter your private room* to mingle, eat, and celebrate!

*Please note: these rentals provide a simple space to gather during Open Barn with defined parameter which can not be modified. If you are looking for a customizable event, please review information HERE.

Dates: Saturdays in April - October

Time #1: 10a-12p

Time #2: 1p-3p

Sundays also available in October at 1p-3p

There is an additional $10 per person fee for entry to the Open Barns.

 

Details:

  • The rates are for the rental space only.

  • There is an additional $10 per person fee for entry to the Open Barns.

  • You are allowed to set up in your space a 1/2 hour before your rental time. However, you must remove all items from your rental space at the end of your rental time (though you may go out on the farm and enjoy Open Barns before or after).

Pricing:

  • The Gazebo is outside near the barns. It is open air with a roof and includes picnic tables for your gathering.

    • $250 for a two hour reservation (10am- 12pm or 1pm-3pm)

    • Capacity: 25 person max

  • The Chick-a-Bee includes the full classroom to host your guests. The Chick-a-Bee is entered from the Farm Store or from outside near the Open Barn area.

    • $300 for a two hour reservation ( 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm)

    • Capacity: 60 person max

Food Options:

  • This is a nut-free facility

  • All food and drinks must be purchased through the Farm, except a celebration cake.

  • Our current vendor is:

  • Ice Cream, donuts, coffee, tea, & juice boxes are available

    • *additional cost

Decorations & Paper Products:

  • $50 for 10 persons (additional persons $5 each)

  • We can provide table coverings, farm centerpieces on your tables, paper products (plates, napkins and cups), and utensils. A representation is shown though specific designs may change.
